The delegate application for the 2025 EIMUN will open up on 2nd of September 2025 and close on 23rd  of September 2025. Additionally, we are committed to welcoming everybody regardless of their backgrounds, so whether you are a newcomer with no prior experience or a seasoned MUN participant with a wealth of achievements, we strongly encourage you to apply to join the conference. Upon filling out the delegate application form, there are several things you must note.

1. Use of AI is strongly prohibited. If AI usage is detected in your writings, your application will be immediately rejected.

2. You can only submit the form once. Make sure to check your responses before you submit.

3. Once the response is submitted, your result will be available on 30th September.
